Invigorated Business Consulting Limited (Formerly Escorts Finance Limited) was incorporated on 9th February, 1987. The name of the Company was changed from Escorts Finance Limited to Invigorated Business Consulting Limited w.e.f. June 14, 2023.

The Company is currently having the objects to carry on in India or elsewhere the business of technical, legal and management consultants including the management consultancy services, technical consultancy services and various other services as mentioned in the object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
